Doubletake: Mural-like Tapestry
I had to look at this picture more than a few times before I realized that what looked like a mural was actually a wall hanging! How gorgeous is this? Notice how the wall is painted in the same shade of grey as the background of this tapestry.
This got me thinking...
Urban Outfitters has a great variety of wall tapestries with which one could try such a look:

Garden Grown Booze?
This intrigues me.
One of the best cocktails I've ever had was a Lemon Lavender Martini, so the idea of Lavender or Rosemary infused vodka sounds decadently delicious. I also think this would make a superb gift.

Alas, I have forsaken you.
And for that, I'm truly sorry. Shit just got real.
BUT...I'm back. And I've decided that the pressure of posting each day for the enjoyment of others, though noble, was a bit too much for me to handle. So I may not be posting every day, but I WILL be posting whenever I see something that inspires me. Think of this as my own personal design diary that you get to peek into. I plan on using this blog as a way for me to compile all the ideas I love so that I can find them when I'm ready to take action. I can only hope that what inspires me may inspire you too.

Yes, I know I've been away. Yes, I have a reason.

That's right. When I'm not dreaming of Dwell, West Elm, and Anthropologie bedding & hardware, or fawning over other people's DIY super-human-powers...I sing and act.
